                                During Training: Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 33,300 for a period of one year.

                                After Training: On successful completion of the one-year training (and subject to IFFCO's requirements), AGTs may be absorbed at a basic pay of Rs. 37,000 per month. They will be placed in the regular pay scale of Rs. 37,000 – 70,000. Allowances and other benefits will be provided as per the organization's rules.
